Would you like to become a patient at DentalZuid? You register through the online agenda. Below you can read how that works, what happens at your first visit and how to switch from your current dentist.
How registration works

Go to the registration page. The form is right there.

You tell us who you are and how to reach you.

Choose a time
Then you book your first appointment. We are open in the evenings and on Saturdays too.
Coming from another practice? After you register, we request your file from your previous dentist, with your permission. Read more about switching practices.
Your first visit
We set aside plenty of time. First we talk: what do you want, what bothers you, what makes you nervous? Then we look at your teeth, molars and gums and explain what we see. Together we make a care goal and care plan. If you need a treatment, you hear what it costs beforehand.
Does the dentist make you nervous? Say so at the start. We agree a stop signal and take extra time. Read more about support for anxious patients.
What to bring
A valid ID. If you know which medication you take, bring that information too, or jot it on a note.
Do you need a referral?
No. You register yourself. You do not need a referral from another dentist or a GP.
Open in the evenings too
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we are open until 21:00. On Saturday you are welcome from 11:00 to 16:00. We work by appointment. All opening hours are on the contact page.
