Switching is quick. You register with us. Afterwards, with your permission, we request your file from your previous dentist. You do not have to arrange that yourself.
You tell us we may request your file. We ask your previous practice for it. Prefer not to? You are welcome without a file too.

Care goal and care plan
Every mouth is different. So we look not only at what is needed today, but at what you want for the coming years.
A plan for your teeth
First we look at the current state of your teeth. Then we talk about risks and which steps are needed: a treatment, or preventing the need for one. We put that in your care plan.
Your wishes count, and so do your health and your daily life. You know what to expect and you help decide.
A good plan starts with listening.
What the plan does for you
A clear goal makes choices easier and gives peace of mind.
Overview
You see how your teeth are doing and where we are heading.
No surprises
We discuss risks and treatments in good time.
Made for you
The plan fits your wishes and your situation.
Stays accurate
We review it regularly and adjust it when something changes.
The four care goals
Which goal suits you differs from person to person. You discuss it with your dentist or dental hygienist.
Healthy gums
Healthy gums are the foundation. We watch for the first signs of trouble and treat them in time.
Keeping your own teeth
With prevention and clear advice, you keep your teeth healthy for as long as possible.
Care made for you
We adapt the treatment to what you need and what matters to you.
Calm and trust
We take our time, explain what we are about to do and stop when you tell us to.
Tell us what you want to change
Is there something about your teeth you would like different? Say so during your appointment. Wishes about appearance belong in your care plan too.
Are your teeth the way you want them?
Does the colour of your teeth suit you?
Are there fillings you would rather have different?
Are there stains that bother you?
Can you feel rough edges with your tongue?
Do you often have a bad taste or bad breath?
Complaints procedure
Did something go wrong, or not feel right? Tell us. Then we can explain what happened and see what we can change.
Under the Dutch Quality, Complaints and Disputes in Healthcare Act (Wkkgz), every dental practice in the Netherlands must have a complaints procedure and be affiliated with an independent disputes body. That applies to us too.
How a complaint works
Most of the time we sort it out together in the practice. If that does not work, there are further steps.
1
Talk to us
Start with the practitioner you saw, in the practice or by phone. Often a conversation is enough to explain or put something right.
2
Submit your complaint in writing
If you remain unhappy, e-mail us. Write what happened, what bothers you and what you would like to see changed. We will get in touch.
3
Ask for a complaints officer
An independent complaints officer listens, explains and mediates between you and the practice. This costs you nothing.
4
Still no solution?
Then you can take your complaint to the independent disputes body. Costs may be involved.
Submitting a complaint
Write as concretely as you can what happened. Include your name, when it was and which practitioner. We read your complaint carefully and come back to you.
Think of the treatment, the date and the practitioner.
3
We get in touch
We read your complaint and talk through with you what happens next.
You are not on your own
The complaints officer is independent and looks at both sides. That way you and the practice can still find a solution, even if a conversation got stuck at first.
If we cannot sort it out together, the step to the disputes body stays open.
