You visit us by appointment. We plan generously, so there is time to explain and to ask questions. Coming for the first time? Please register first.
Cancelling
Cannot make it? Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours ahead. That way someone else can use the time. For an appointment cancelled later, we may charge a fee. We will tell you in advance.
Fees and payment
The NZa sets maximum tariffs for dental care. We charge those tariffs, which you can find on the tariffs page. For children under 18, basic health insurance covers dental care. For adults, cover depends on your supplementary dental insurance. What you pay yourself is on the invoice, with the payment deadline.
Written quote
Will a treatment cost €250 or more? Then you get a written quote beforehand. You decide whether to go ahead only after reading it.
Complaints
Unhappy with something? Tell us and we will look for a solution together. If that does not work, you can use the complaints procedure.
